I tried "gender reveal party" on Craiyon few months ago and got half-pink half-blue cakes, sometimes with some mix of pink, blue, white, and purple balloons in the background. "Gender reveal party with guests" instead resulted in pictures of a single toddler wearing a pink-and-blue outfit, with either the cake in front of them or the balloons behind them, but not both. "Gender *conceal* party with guests" resulted in pictures of 2 or 3 people with heavy glamor makeup and high-fashion outfits, some of which looked like otherwise highly feminine women with broad shoulders and bare masculine-appearing chests (but thin and covered waists), and in one case, was also sporting a mustache while kissing a man with a tiny head. Make of that what you will.
